Take Note: Valued Customers, on the evening of Wednesday, October 28, 2026, the Spencer Street Park & Ride in Manchester will be closed for milling and paving. All work is expected to be completed in time for the Park & Ride to reopen by 6 a.m. on the following Monday, November 2. Any vehicle not removed from the lot by 8 p.m. on Wednesday may be towed at the owner's expense.

During the closure:

• A regular schedule will be in effect
• All trips on Routes 83 and 121 will stop on Spencer Street only and will not enter the lot
